1. Introduction

Welcome to INDA Auto Parts. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services Description

INDA Auto Parts provides the following B2B services:

• Auto parts product information and catalog browsing
• Product inquiry and quotation services
• Order placement and processing
• International shipping and logistics coordination
• Technical consultation and support

3. Orders and Payment

3.1 Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order.

3.2 Payment Terms

Standard payment terms for B2B customers:

• 30% deposit upon order confirmation
• 70% balance before shipment
• Letter of Credit (L/C) for orders exceeding USD 50,000

4. Shipping and Delivery

We offer multiple shipping options:

• Sea Freight: 20-45 days (cost-effective for large orders)
• Air Freight: 7-15 days (faster but higher cost)
• Express (DHL/FedEx): 3-7 days (for samples and urgent orders)

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines only. Risk of loss transfers to buyer upon delivery to carrier.

5. Warranty and Returns

5.1 Warranty

All products are warranted against manufacturing defects for 12 months from delivery date. This warranty covers:

• Replacement of defective parts
• Refund for confirmed defective products

5.2 Return Policy

• Request must be made within 7 days of receiving shipment
• Products must be unused and in original packaging
• Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer
• 15% restocking fee applies to all returns

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Total liability shall not exceed the purchase price

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be resolved through:

1. Good faith negotiation between parties
2. Mediation under CIETAC rules
3. Arbitration in Hangzhou, China
